Hi Everyone,

Still no rain and very hot here in Far North Queensland. As you all know Kaszazz is now keeping the Dylusions Creative Journal. I have never had an Art Journal so thought I would purchase one and see how I would go. Well I am loving every single bit of it. There is no organisation with me just get out the paints and here I go. These pages are not totally Kaszazz but I am using all Kaszazz Dylusions Inks and Paint and Kaszazz Stamps if I have them. It will give you an idea what you can do with these Art Journals. I am sure I will get a lot better as I go along. The first page was inspired by Pinterest as I had no idea where to begin, the next two are my own creations. I have learnt so much so far just from these three pages as to what to do and especially watch your overspray. Hello Everyone,

Another busy week has flown by and still no sign of rain. The days are so hot I go into my scraproom with the airconditioner on and I have been getting a lot of work done, and I am nearly up to date with my new grand daughters scrap album ready for the christmas photos. This page I am showing you today was done in the new Spring Range of Papers. These papers are so versatile and can be used with most photos. The colours are soft and blend beautifully with the Spring Garden Stencil. I hope you enjoy my page today and it gives you inspiration to get scrapping with your own photos. I love to look through the albums I have done of my three grandchildren and it gives me great pride to have them all up to date. Don't forget my November Mood Board Competition. It looks like it is going to be another hot day here in Far North Queensland and still no sign of rain. Here are two pages I have done for my new grand daughters album using the Baby Milestones range of papers. The papers I have used are Baby Blue and Baby Pink. The hearts are cut from the Heart Die for the Ezy Press and the small Flourish Die is a new die "Vine Small" and what a handy little die it is. It would be very useful for Cardmakers. Margar is the name my first grand child gave me so Margar it is, my husband and I are Poppy and Margar, isn't it funny how they pick their own names for you.  I really enjoyed scrapping these pages, a lot more to come. As you all know Kaszazz are now selling Dylusions Large Creative Journal. I have never worked in a Journal before so I have ordered one and thought I would give it a go. Where to start? I have looked at many videos and today I am posting a Video by Dyan Reavelery showing how to put a background onto your pages using Ink Sprays, Stensils and Stamps. Hope this helps and you enjoy this video.  In a few days time I will post Part 2. When I receive my Journal and get started I will post my pages. In the meantime I will do some more research, watch some more videos and get a feel for doing the Art Journal. There are many Art Journal Designers and they all have a different theme. I think I will like the flower and birds theme and hope to start my Art Journal with this in mind. Two designers you may like to take a look at are Julie Fei-Fan Balzer and Nathalie Kalbach. They do beautiful work and have many good ideas. I am getting excited.

Today I am doing a fun page inspired by Pinterest. The Flower shape in the center of the page was cut out on Silhouette Cameo.Then I shaded my Gesso with Bubblegum Pink from my Dylusions Paint to the shade I wanted. I then cut out each piece of paper and attached it to the petals of the flower using the Paper Range Boho - Passion and Love. I coloured the buttons with Lipgloss and Grape from my Alcohol Ink Marker Set. The small flowers in each corner are done with my Pink coloured Gesso and the new Stencil - Doily corner. This Stencil is so versatile. The stamp Love is all you need is from the heartfelt range. The Chipboard Hearts are from the new range released in September. This was such  fun page to Scrap and looks great in the Album. I hope you all enjoy this page.

It looks like it is going to be a very hot day here in Far North Queensland, a good day to put on the airconditioner and lock yourself in your scraproom and catch up on some pages. Today my featured page is scrapped using the new Spring Collection of papers from the new catalogue. These papers lend themselves to almost any colour photo. The flower and leaf stencil is the new 5610 - Spring Garden Stencil. It is lovely. I coloured my jewels Mint from my Alcohol Ink Markers. Added a bit of bling using the 5623 Embellishment - Sequins - Gold and Silver. These sequins I attached using my Glossy Accents with my new Fine Tip Aplicator which is attached to the bottle of Glossy Accents and no more clogging. It is a true time saver and the glue comes out so fine.I hope you enjoy this page and for any further enquiries feel free to contact me.

Hi Everyone,

Just sharing a page my ladies did yesterday in scrapbook class using the Mandala Range of Papers and Stamps. This page was a big hit and everyone loved scraping it.This page was good for my beginner there was lots of stamping, colouring and fussy cutting. If you made a little mistake with your stamping it did not matter as you fussy cut out the mandalas and then coloured them in and everything was fine and looked lovely. Thank you for taking the time to look at this page and I hope you all enjoy my blog. I would love some comments on my pages if you have the time to spare and let me know your ideas.
